Kat Penrose is an illustrator and author living in England, and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. She is a lover of things strange and unique, and is especially drawn to the aesthetics of times past – from the elegance of the 18th century to the beauty of the 1930s-1950s.
In her professional life, she has a strong focus on graphic novels, but also likes to branch out to other forms of creative writing and illustration. She works in a wide range of genres – one minute its a romantic comedy to warm your heart, the next its an unnerving, thought-provoking psychological horror.
